PH Lucky Terms and Conditions – Rules for Filipino Players

1Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to PH Lucky. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and PH Lucky ("PH Lucky," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the PH Lucky website at phlucky.click and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, card games, and payment services.

By creating an account at PH Lucky, accessing our platform, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety — including any supplementary policies such as our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and specific game or promotion rules that are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use PH Lucky's services. PH Lucky reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility and Registration Requirements

To register and maintain an account with PH Lucky, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must not be classified as a self-excluded player or be subject to any exclusion order from PH Lucky or applicable gaming regulators.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or in any professional or commercial betting capacity unless explicitly authorised by PH Lucky in writing.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not have had a PH Lucky account previously suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your real name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and a valid Philippine address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.

3Account Rules and Responsibilities

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account at PH Lucky. Duplicate accounts — whether opened under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — are prohibited. PH Lucky will close duplicate accounts and may confiscate balances where duplicate registration is found to have occurred for the purpose of abusing bonuses or circumventing restrictions.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PH Lucky login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be your responsibility whether or not authorised by you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact PH Lucky support immediately at support@phlucky.click. PH Lucky will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.

Account Verification (KYC)

PH Lucky may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Verification documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID (PhilSys, UMID, driver's licence, passport), proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to complete verification may result in withdrawal holds until the process is complete.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or transactional activity for 12 consecutive months. PH Lucky may apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts or close them after appropriate notice. Any remaining balance in a closed inactive account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

4Deposits and Payment Methods

PH Lucky accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits must be made from payment accounts in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: ₱50 per transaction
• Maximum deposit: Varies by payment method and account verification level. Contact PH Lucky support for specific limits applicable to your account.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set by the player via the Responsible Gaming tools in account settings.

Processing Time

GCash, Maya, and GrabPay deposits are credited to your PH Lucky wallet instantly. Bank transfers via InstaPay are typically processed within minutes but may take up to 24 hours on weekends or public holidays. PH Lucky will not be responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banking system outages.

Currency

All transactions on PH Lucky are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits made in other currencies will not be accepted. Any fees charged by your payment provider for currency conversion are your own responsibility.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your PH Lucky wallet may be made at any time, subject to the following conditions and requirements:

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 per request
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the information on your PH Lucky account.
• Your first withdrawal request of each calendar week is processed with no platform fee. Subsequent withdrawals within the same week may be subject to a processing fee as notified at the time of the request.
• PH Lucky targets GCash and Maya withdrawal processing within 2–4 hours of approval. Bank transfers are typically completed within the same banking day.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or held pending completion of KYC verification, particularly for larger amounts or where suspicious activity is noted on the account.
• Bonus funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only cleared, wager-free balances are available for withdrawal.

6Bonuses and Promotional Terms

Welcome Bonus

New PH Lucky players are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus on their first deposit, up to ₱10,000. The welcome bonus is available once per player and is subject to a 25× wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount. The welcome bonus must be activated within 7 days of registration and must be wagered within 30 days of activation.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and become available for withdrawal only after the applicable wagering requirement is met.
• Wagering contribution rates vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%, baccarat and roulette may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%), and some games may not contribute to wagering requirements at all.

7Game Rules and Betting

All games available at PH Lucky are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules. In the event of any technical malfunction during gameplay, the following policy applies:

• If a technical fault occurs during a casino game round, PH Lucky will investigate and, where possible, reconstruct the game state using server records. In cases where reconstruction is not possible, the wager may be returned to the player.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by PH Lucky's servers are binding. Bets that were not confirmed due to a connection failure at the player's end will be treated as if they were not placed.
• PH Lucky reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of error in odds or game parameters, or where a bet was made on an event outcome that was already determined at the time of placing.

Sports Betting

Sports betting at PH Lucky is governed by specific sportsbook rules covering event cancellation, postponement, walkovers, and settlement procedures. PH Lucky's settlement decisions on sports events are final unless subject to a successful dispute under our dispute resolution process.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on PH Lucky and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information
• Opening or operating more than one account on PH Lucky
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any other form of unfair automated assistance during gameplay or betting
• Colluding with other players in any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate game outcomes
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in PH Lucky's systems
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing PH Lucky staff, other players, or any other person through the platform's communication tools
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law
• Placing bets under circumstances where you have advance non-public knowledge of an event outcome
• Chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider in bad faith where the transactions in question were legitimate and authorised

PH Lucky's security team actively monitors for prohibited conduct and may report suspicious activity to relevant Philippine authorities including the AMLC (Anti-Money Laundering Council) where required by law.

9Responsible Gaming

11Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use PH Lucky solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial gaming. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on PH Lucky without prior written consent from PH Lucky.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, PH Lucky's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

PH Lucky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if PH Lucky has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

PH Lucky does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are secure before accessing PH Lucky.

13Account Suspension and Termination

PH Lucky reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms or any supplementary policy has occurred or is suspected
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behaviour is detected or suspected
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitate account action
• A player requests self-exclusion under responsible gaming provisions
• The player is found to be ineligible under the eligibility criteria in Section 2

Upon account termination for cause, PH Lucky may withhold or forfeit any balance in the account, including both real money and bonus funds, if the termination is a result of a breach of these Terms by the player. Where termination is initiated by PH Lucky without cause, any real money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet cleared) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through PH Lucky's internal dispute resolution process.

If you have a dispute with PH Lucky, please contact our customer support team in the first instance at support@phlucky.click. PH Lucky aims to resolve all disputes within 15 business days of a formal complaint being received. If a resolution cannot be reached internally, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.

15Amendments to These Terms

PH Lucky reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, PH Lucky will provide reasonable notice to players via email to the registered address or via a notice posted on the platform. Continued use of PH Lucky after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this document reflects the most recent update. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using PH Lucky and may close your account in accordance with Section 13.
